How do I import contacts from a CSV file?

To import contacts: 1) Go to the Import tab in the app, 2) Tap "Select CSV File", 3) Choose your file from Files app, 4) Map the columns to the correct fields, 5) Tap "Import Contacts". The app supports standard CSV formats with headers like Name, Email, Phone, etc.

Why aren't my contacts syncing across devices?

Ensure you're signed in to the same account on all devices and have a stable internet connection. Go to Settings and check that "Cloud Sync" is enabled. If issues persist, try pulling down to refresh your contact list or signing out and back in.

How do I create and use message templates?

Go to the Messages tab, then tap "Templates". Tap the "+" button to create a new template. You can use variables like {name}, {company}, and {phone} which will be automatically replaced when sending messages. Templates are great for follow-ups and campaigns.

What's the difference between lists and tags?

Lists are collections of contacts for specific campaigns or purposes (e.g., "Q1 Prospects"). Tags are labels for categorizing contacts by attributes (e.g., "VIP", "Cold Lead"). A contact can have multiple tags but belong to multiple lists.

How do I upgrade to premium features?

Go to Settings > Subscription to view available plans. Premium features include unlimited contacts, advanced campaign tools, priority support, and enhanced analytics. All purchases are handled securely through the App Store.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data including contacts, campaigns, and message history. This action cannot be undone. For security, you'll need to confirm your password or re-authenticate.
